2023 Hawaiian Xmas Trip: Day 10: Another Short Wet Walk

2023-12-22. I brought my sweatshirt on the walk with me this time. I’m really glad I did. We walk through a beautiful resort grounds, with the drizzle and wind against us forcing me to put my sweatshirt on. By the time we got to the shoreline the drizzle had died down and I took the sweatshirt off. The sun never really popped out and it certainly wasn’t the weather for anyone wanting to lay out on the beach or even picnic. It was foggy off-shore and a bit windy. Adding insult to injury, the burger shack closed just as we got there at 3 O’clock. Damn. We wandered around a bit and then headed back. The rain/drizzle hit us as we walked back to the car. Can’t have all this green without all the rain. Today’s walk contributed to today’s 4,388 steps.
